Does your 6 to 12 year old love horses and donkeys? Register for the best kind of story time there is! Children choose a book and help socialize our rescue horses by reading to them in a comfortable spot along our fields. This is the perfect, encouraging environment to create a love of reading (or help it grow even more!) for your animal-loving learner.

We will provide books, or please feel free to bring your own. Hope’s Legacy staff will be on site to provide introductions to the horses as well as our work on the farm to provide a safe space for equines that are looking for their next loving home.

Registration is required. There is a suggested donation of $10 per child if that is within your budget. Email Sarah at programs@hopeslegacy.com to sign up.
